Sandpiper Bay Golf Rates

Non-Members

Fees at Sandpiper Range from $30  to $75 based on the time of year and time of day.  With a 27 hole layout and daylight that in the summer lasts till 8:30 pm, there is a time and place for everyone to play golf at Sandpiper.

Cart Fee $23 for 18 Holes – $15 for 9 Holes

Membership Fees

NEW Membership Initiation Fee: $500.00

This fee is non-transferable and not refundable for any reason.

Single Membership: $900.00

Does not include a cart and requires at $20 cart fee for each 18-hole round $15 for 9-holes

Single Membership Pro-Rated amounts

If the Membership is purchased between these dates the rate would be:

Feb-1 – March 31:  $900.00

April 1 – May 31: $729.00

June 1 – July 31: $583.00

August 1 – September 30: $437.00

October 1 – November 30: $291.00

December 1 – January 31: $145.00

Family Membership: $1,400.00

Family Membership Pro-Rated amounts

If the Membership is purchased between these dates the rate would be:

Feb-1 – March 31: $1,400.00

April 1 – May 31: $1,125.00

June 1 – July 31: $900.00

August 1 – September 30: 675.00

October 1 – November 30: $450.00

December 1 – January 31:$225.00

Family Memberships consist of spouse and any children under age 21 living at home

The cost for a Membership purchased on or after Feb.  1, 2019 will be pro-rated over the remaining term of the Membership.
